Using over 25 years' experience of training in Local Government we are able to offer a wide range of training events. Training can be delivered for your Council alone or on one of our dates for enrolment, please enquire below using the enquiry form.

Clerk high performance
A range of training events aimed at the ambitious Clerk practitioner during which you will learn how to successfully manage your Council, what are the essentials to have in place and various tips to improve your skills and knowledge. (dates TBA).
Annual legal and HR update event
An annual update training course detailing all the major legal and practical changes within the local council sector as well as relevant HR updates (dates TBA).
Mentoring
Ongoing monthly support as well as an annual virtual seminar with all other mentees for a fixed annual fee (apply using form below).

All you need to know about the powers and duties of a Chairman, enabling you to become a effective, well-respected and confident Chairman.
Councillor development
